It can be especially difficult for adults when someone that we love is finding their emotions and experiences difficult to manage.

The Anna Freud Centre has some fantastic well-being strategies and resources, as well as links to other support which may be useful for you or someone that you know.

The NHS has some great apps and websites available, which support children, young people and families with all aspects of emotional health and wellbeing.

 

These have all been checked by the NHS for their suitability, but please also check that they are suitable for your needs before using them.

Cocoon Kids is a service for children and young people. As such, we do not endorse any specific type of adult therapy or counselling listed.
