Children & young people

AFC is a text-based service for children and young people which can help at any time - all day or night, every day, including Christmas and New Year.

Texts are free and anonymous, so they won't show up on your phone bill.

It is a confidential service. A trained Crisis Volunteer will text you back and be there for you by text. They can also tell you about other services which may be helpful too.
